FP&A Head - Infrastructure

Position : Sr Manager / General Manager Infrastructure Service (Business Partner)

Experience :10-12 years

Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Location : Gurgaon (occasional travel to Dubai & Africa)

Stakeholders: CFO, DCFO, CMO, Country Finance Heads / Managers, Country Profit Centre Heads, Head Financial Reporting, Head Corporate FP&A, Central Design Team,

Central Procurement Team.

Job Description

1. Being a single SPOC for coordinating with all Special Economic Zones for Lease Accounting

(Operating and Finance Lease)

2. Coordinating with all countries for Budgets and tracking actual progress against Budget

3. Ensuring the Capex plan is in line with Corporate philosophy and the Capex spends are tracked

on monthly basis

4. Ensuring Capitalisation and Depreciation philosophy is in line with the PPE Policy of the

Company

5. Enabling meaningful comparison of cost of construction across zones keeping the cost of

construction per square meter under check.

6. Tracking of Receivables against Lease to ensure the cash flow is monitored rigorously.

7. Enabling comparison across Zones to optimise the revenue generation from Zones.

8. Ability to create long term projections for Revenues accruing from zones.

Skills Required

- “In-Depth” Understanding of Real Estate / Infrastructure business and IFRS on PPE / Lease

Accounting / Financial Instruments

- Commercial acumen to have the right framework for incurring the Capex and monitoring the

Zone utilisation

- Communication to independently manage stakeholders
- Solution Oriented Mindset
