- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell the company s products or services.
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company s revenue goals.
- Manage and update the customer database with accurate and timely information.
- Handle customer queries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in tele sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
