Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to lead our digital marketing growth strategy. As the Business Development Executive for Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital marketing solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social media.
  • To sell the web based solutions like website design and development, app development, Digital Marketing Services ( SMM , SEO , Google Ads ) to International market (preferably US & Canada).
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and pitches tailored to clients' specific digital marketing requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical teams, to design effective digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Regularly track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to provide strategic insights to clients.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, particularly in Digital Marketing and its services.
  • International selling experience will be an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
  • Prior experience with Project management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their unique business challenges.
