Director - Delivery - SAP Analytics

Location: Hybrid/ Remote

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Reporting & Analytics:

• Develop and implement comprehensive ERP Analytics strategies for SAP S/4 HANA digital transformation projects, you will be able to articulate and design domain related Reporting and analytics extensions.
• Build Capability to cover all the aspects of SAP S/4 Reporting & Analytics delivery unit, for Operations, Strategic, Embedded and Data warehouse/data mart implementation ERP Data Assessment, Roadmap Discovery support, and eventual data Monetization
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data & analytics throughout the implementation process as our CSC resources deliver across different projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting & analytics requirements and standards.
• Report design, analytics build, information profiling and knowledge of tools and processes used for SAP Reporting & analytics
• Support Presales and Go-to-market initiatives for SAP DES Line of business.

Cloud Datawarehouse:

• Establish and enforce SAP cloud data warehouse (Datasphere) governance policies and procedures.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define Reporting & analytics standards and classifications.
• Build Capability to cover all the aspects of SAP S/4 Reporting & analytics delivery unit, for Data warehouse, Data Lake, Structure Reporting, Embedded reporting and dashboard initiatives
• Ensure the quality and reliability of Reporting & analytics throughout the project lifecycle.

Report Mapping and Transformation:

• Design and implement Report mapping and transformation processes to align existing data structures with SAP S/4 HANA requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and execute report conversion scripts and programs.
• Perform Report validation and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy during migration.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to understand business requirements and project goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on Reporting & analytics progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Support Presales and Go-to-market initiatives for SAP DES Line of business.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in Reporting & analytics implementation activities.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and SAP updates related to Reporting & analytics.
• Support Presales and Go-to-market initiatives for SAP DES Line of business.

Client Engagement and Advisory:

• Build and maintain robust client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on SAPReporting & analytics capabilities and industry best practices.
• Address client challenges by aligning SAPReporting & analyticssolutions with their strategic goals, enhancing their analytical capabilities and reporting functions.

Project Leadership and Management:

• Oversee SAPReporting & analyticsimplementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and innovation to meet and exceed project objectives.

Thought Leadership and Innovation:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest SAPReporting & analyticsdevelopment, trends, and best practices, positioning Argano as a thought leader in the field.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and best practices with clients and internal teams.

Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in SAP consulting, with extensive experience in SAPReporting & analyticsSuite (which includes native SAP products like SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, SAP SAC, SAP Datasphere and other cloud vendor products for SAP solutions),

• In-depth knowledge of SAP data structures, data migration tools, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Reporting governance principles.

Certifications: SAP certifications in SAPReporting & analyticsSuite or related areas are highly regarded.

Skills:

• Profound expertise in SAPReporting & analyticsSuite cs, SAP Analytics Suite (which includes native SAP products like SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, SAP SAC, SAP Datasphere and other cloud vendor products for SAP solutions.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills, capable of guiding teams through complex implementations.
• Excellent client engagement and communication skills, adept at establishing trust and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Strong capabilities in risk management, quality assurance, and change management.
