Job Description
- We are looking for Oracle Cloud Functional Testing Consultant possessing experience in functions of Human Capital Management
- Having Functional understanding of the set up and the product functionality out of the box
- Role will require the candidate to work independently to design and execute test script
- Selected candidates should understand various kinds of patch updates from Oracle and the importance of testing the features for clients
- Should have 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in at least 3-4 functions of Oracle Cloud HCM. Functional modules like; US payroll/ Benefits/ Absence/ Compensation/ Core HR/ Talent/ ORC.
- Must understand the HCM processes for the functional areas.
- Must understand software testing life cycle. Must understand various types of testing methodologies.
- Experience in using any testing tool.
- This role is for Managed Support clients in our organization. Ability to handle tickets independently handle tickets and consult clients on their problems will be an advantage.
- Having experience with OTBI & SQL will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onshore-offshore model.
- Fluency in English, s trong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Consistently provide clear and concise status reports.
- Holding certifications will be an added advantage.
- Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification holding B.Tech./BCA/M-Tech/MCA
