Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director - D365 Implementations to lead the organization-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires deep expertise in both Finance Invoicing and Sales modules, along with the ability to drive successful transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale D365 implementations within professional services or manufacturing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the organization.
• Ensure seamless integration of Finance Invoicing and Sales modules to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align D365 implementations with strategic business objectives.
• Provide strong stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and adoption across all levels of the organization.
• Define project roadmaps, manage budgets, and oversee risk mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful deployment, training, and change management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ERP implementations to drive continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with expertise in both Finance/Invoicing and Sales modules.
• Strong leadership experience in managing large-scale, enterprise-wide ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration expertise.
• Background in a professional services or manufacturing organization is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
