ARGA Investment Management - Artificial Intelligence Lead (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Are you experienced in deploying large language models (LLMs) for financial data analysis? We're searching for an AI Lead who can harness the power of AI to drive data-driven insights, scenario analysis, and innovative forecasting within the investment management sector for Chennai location.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and apply LLM-based models to analyze historical financial data and identify emerging trends.

- Collaborate closely with our investment teams to optimize research with cutting-edge AI techniques.

- Study, analyze and understand business requirements related to data and AI.

- Utilize AI and machine learning algorithms to study historical financial data and identify patterns.

- Develop predictive models to forecast financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

- Analyze company fundamentals, including financial statements, and industry drivers.

- Provide scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate potential risks and opportunities.

- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial forecasts and insights.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning relevant to financial analysis.

- Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into existing research processes.

Experience (to be treated as generic guidelines exceptions welcomed) :

- 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer, AI Analyst, AI Lead or similar role with hands-on LLM experience.

- 2+ years of working experience in investment management domain.

- Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling.

- Strong proficiency in AI and machine learning techniques, and in tools such as Pytorch, Numpy, Keras, TensorFlow; full-stack development using React, Flask, Django; and languages such as Python, C#, R, etc.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e., Power BI) and financial software (e., CapitalIQ) is preferred.

- Experience in working in cloud platforms such as Azure is preferred.

Any one of the following educational qualifications :

- Bachelor of Technologies (Computer Science or IT).

- Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science or IT).

- Master of Computer Applications.

- Master of Science (Data Science).
