Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of cutting-edge AI solutions and real-world applications of artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AI technologies, be familiar with programming languages such as Python or Java, and be passionate about solving complex problems through intelligent systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms (eg, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, etc).
- Design and integrate natural language processing systems for AI-powered applications.
- Conduct experiments and research to advance AI capabilities in various domains.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Provide technical leadership in AI-related initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
- Translate complex business problems into AI-powered solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to improve model training and prediction results.
- Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability in real-world scenarios.
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends in AI development to continuously improve our technology stack.
Qualifications:
- bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (eg, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred:
- 2-3 years of experience in programming, preferably in Python
- Working experience with popular JavaScript libraries (eg, React, Node.js).
- Experience in a specific area of AI, such as computer vision, NLP, or robotics.
- Strong experience with reinforcement learning and other advanced AI techniques.
- Knowledge of deployment and scaling of AI models in production systems.
- Experience working with version control systems (eg, Git)
