Role & responsibilities
Job Description:
- Generate business with Revenue Generation responsibility as per budget.
- Responsible for HoReCa channel.
- Take ownership in all aspects in developing business in assigned territory.
- Work on fixed discipline norms with in company policies
- Based on the Business plan, ensure the achievements & tracking daily basis.
- To draw an action plan for business development - short term and long term.
- To achieve excellence in customer & consumer satisfaction. Also continuously identifying the factors and measures to ensure customer delight.
- The Execute and implement the innovative marketing techniques as directed.
- Escalate issues to the management which require management attention on priority.
- Establish company as a long-term supplier to accounts by developing, maintaining and expanding strong customer working relationships at multiple levels and functions. Utilize both direct contact, and relevant trade organization events to build Business
- Sales Budgets: Participate in development of annual sales budget targets for assigned territory. Strives to meet budget objectives and takes appropriate action to achieve and/or exceed sales budget target.
- Exhibit excellent communication (both internally and externally) and documentation skills. This includes the maintenance of any applicable Customer Relationship Management database.
- Schedule and lead efforts related to presentations and product demonstrations to strategic and Horeca customers (when applicable)
- Provide competitive and customer-based market information on an ongoing basis.
