Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive the sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the Bhubaneswar and Mumbai regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on mortgage or secured loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for LAP products in the assigned region.
• Identify and onboard new business opportunities, including potential clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats.
• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Work closely with the operations and credit teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Organize and conduct customer outreach programs, seminars, and promotional activities to increase product awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in secured loans or financial products (LAP, Home Loans, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the LAP market and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong analytical skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the LAP or mortgage industry.
