Role & responsibilities

1. Primary Order collection and placing on Tynor Spear app

2. Primary sale target achievement (Overall and Super-dealer wise)

3. Ensuring Super-dealer passes on additional supports like scheme, discount, samples to the retailer and Sub-dealer

4. Planning and onboarding of doctors, hospitals and sub dealers in gap areas

5. Beat preparation and adherence (self and team)

6. Doctor, Physio, and P&O call, Demonstration of new products

7. Guiding the team in using SFA app to improve secondary sales efficiency

8. Secondary order target achievement (self and team)

Preferred candidate profile

1. Preferred backgrounds - Medical Devices/Pharma

2. Should have exposure of Handling doctors, retail chemist & Distributors in the assigned Sector.
