Job Description
Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities using the CRM system Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territories. In time submission of Large contracts through GEM Portals and various other government websites Self driven to work individually Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions for management review
Princi ple Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our energy products and services
- . Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Performance Tracking : Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
Skills/ Competenc ies required:
Knowledge of types of heat exchangers, heat transfer principles , metallurgy, mass transfer, presentation, CRM, MS office etc.
