Area Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of sales officer in terms of product knowledge and company's quality policy.
• To ensure achievement of teams assigned sales objective.
• Joint field working at retail & stockiest level with all sales officers in a month.
• To support team members in launching new products.
• To ensure proper distribution of Company Promotional Material by all sales officer.
• To support sales officer in preparing orders of stockiest and same to be forward to depot.
• Daily attendance of team and self to be intimated to HO.
• Ensure payments realization within stipulated time by all sales officers.
• To inform HO about competitors activities.
• To appoint new stockiest in coordination with RSM/ZSM.
• To appoint new sales officer in coordination with RSM.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
• Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in related field.
