Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise the sales team across multiple retail optical stores to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and expansion within the assigned area.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, staff, customers, and suppliers, to foster a positive working environment and achieve business objectives.
9. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and operational activities to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
