Product Knowledge and Training
Ensure that channel partners are well-informed about the company's steel products.

Keep channel partners updated on new product launches and changes in product offerings.
Market Intelligence:
Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Use market insights to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate terms and agreements with channel partners to ensure mutual benefit.
Manage contracts and agreements with channel partners, outlining expectations, terms, and conditions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth operations.
Provide feedback from the market to help improve products, services, and overall business strategies.
Customer Support:
Assist channel partners in resolving customer queries, concerns, and issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback.
Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing sales performance, market trends, and other relevant information.
