Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our sales efforts for our Perfume and Diaper product lines.

• Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the sales targets in the assigned region.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, develop new markets, and manage the entire sales cycle to build a strong customer base.
• Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives; set sales goals, track performance, and provide necessary training to the team.
• Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to drive product availability and visibility.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, consumer preferences, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies.
• Product Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Experience: 5 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on Perfume, Diaper, or related products.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Skills:

• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
