Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned region.
• Implement initiatives to drive sales volume (road shows, meet-up, trade market visit), ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
• Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Key Account Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory.
• Understand the unique needs of key customers and provide solutions that add value to their businesses.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
• Actively pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities by introducing complementary products or premium offerings to existing customers.

Distributor Management & Onboarding:

• Identify, evaluate & onboard potential distributors to expand market reach.
• Provide training and sales support as needed.

Lead Generation:

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase the customer base.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales team to create and implement targeted campaigns.
• Analyze lead conversion metrics and optimize strategies for improved results.

Skills and Experience:

• Post graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience, 5+ years in sales management.
• Strong understanding of the assigned market region and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
