Role & responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and Industry tends
Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for growth
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with company goals \
Identify and prioritize target markets and sectors
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential clients and build relationship to drive new business
Maintain relationship with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
Lead negonations and close deals with new and existing clients
Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with other organizations to enhance business growth
Work closely with partners to develop joint business strategies
Sales & Revenue Growth : Develop and manage pipelines to meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation amd conversion
Budget Management: Manage budget related to business development activities
Monitor and report on financial performance, including ROI on business development initiatives
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes
Use data and analytics to measure the success of business development stratergies and make adjustments as necessary
