Hiring - Electrical QC Engineers, MEP Draftsman & Site Engineers

Key Responsibilities - Electrical QC Engineer:

• Oversee the implementation of quality control processes for electrical works in accordance with project specifications and engineering standards.
• Conduct quality audits for new and upgraded sites, including substations, transformers, switchgear, DG sets, battery banks, and cable terminations.
• Inspect and ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical equipment, such as LV/HV cables, panels, transformers, and capacitor banks.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for electrical and instrumentation activities.
• Verify calibration of testing equipment and ensure all tests (e.g., cable, UPS, earth pits, transformer tests) are conducted per specifications.
• Perform loop checks (HOT & COLD) and ensure readiness before energizing systems.

Key Responsibilities - Electrical Draftsman:

• Prepare shop drawings for electrical systems, including lighting layouts, small power layouts, DB details, cable tray layouts, cable trenches, and substations.
• Create detailed schematics and single-line diagrams for various systems, such as public address, fire alarms, and lightning protection.
• Develop external lighting and power layouts, MV & LV cable routing plans, earthing layouts, and feeder pillar foundations.
• Draft drawings for street lighting layouts, underground LV, MV, and HV cable layouts, and road-crossing ducts.

Key Responsibilities - Electrical Site Engineer:

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of key power equipment, including transformers, HT/LT panels, DG sets, and associated substation components.
• Conduct erection of double-pole structures and transformer substations as per site requirements.
• Oversee underground and overhead cable laying work, ensuring alignment with project drawings and adapting to site conditions.
• Manage reconductoring and replacement of HT/LT lines, spun pole erection, and new DPS installations.
• Inspect and supervise cable installation, termination, and identification, ensuring high-quality work across internal and external wiring systems.
• Oversee installation of indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures for commercial and industrial settings, as well as street lighting poles for site-wide illumination.
• Ensure installation and proper function of fire alarm systems to meet safety standards.
• Conduct earthing system installations (pipe, plate, and chemical earthing) according to location-specific drawings and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the planning and execution teams to review MEP project BOQs, drawings (GFC and shop drawings), and ensure all installations meet project specifications and work orders.
• Assist in the preparation of milestones and billing reports, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget controls.
