Job Description

Harman Motors is looking for Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth within the assigned area. This includes setting sales targets, formulating action plans, and identifying new market opportunities.
Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any training needs to enhance their skills.
Sales Planning and Forecasting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to forecast sales performance. Create sales budgets and monitor progress against targets regularly.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners. Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales results, market analysis, and team performance. Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
Distribution and Channel Management: Develop and maintain effective distribution channels to reach customers efficiently. Collaborate with channel partners to optimize sales and expand market penetration.
Sales Promotion and Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute sales promotion activities, product launches, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales.
Sales Negotiation: Participate in negotiations with key customers and channel partners to secure favorable terms and agreements for both parties.
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the assigned area, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.

Proven luxury / high end automotive sales experience (1-2 years),

Good Communication and Inter personal skills

Experience in handling CRM software,

Shift work availability,

Kochi or surrounding resident
