Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and Housing Loans.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in mortgage sales or related field.
  • Strong understanding of home loans, housing loan products, lap (loan against property) concepts.
