Core Responsibilities

- Play an integral role in the area of Retail Operations.

- Strong entrepreneurial abilities to establish best practice in industry and deliver the planned P&L.

- Growth in this business through existing and new stores.

- This is a multi-discipline responsibility that requires to work both with the franchisee and company own stores in the areas of implementation of sales strategy and customer service.

- Evaluation on the Basis of KPI's ( PSFPD : Conversion : ABS : PPV : ATV)

- To coach stores managers and store staff by training and following various norms.

- A proactive individual with strong follow up capability.

- People management & leadership skills with great time management & interpersonal skills.

Knowledge and skill set

- Experience of industries related to women's apparel advantageous.
