Area Sales Executive

Responsible for sales & marketing of our products, Industrial & Decorative Coatings through dealer channel and directly to industrial customer and end users. Develop Painters and Painting Contractors to use the companys products.Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and acquire new dealers and distributors to expand market reach.
Build strong relationships with existing dealers and customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct regular market visits and customer interactions to understand market trends and customer needs.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote brand awareness.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
Dealer Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor dealers to ensure they are equipped to promote and sell the company's products effectively.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealers, including product training, marketing materials, and sales incentives.
Monitor dealer performance and take corrective action as needed.
Direct Customer Engagement:
Identify and target key industrial customers and end-users.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct customers.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
Painter and Contractor Development:
Identify and train painters and painting contractors to use the company's products.
Organize workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate painters and contractors about product benefits and application techniques.
Collaborate with dealers to promote the use of company products among painters and contractors.
