Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective channel distribution strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new opportunities for network expansion and territory development to increase market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-11 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in Distribution Channel Sales or Retail Channel Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective channel distribution strategies.
- Strong understanding of Dealer Channel Management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders.
