Area Manager - Bancassurance IBL

• The Area Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through effective management of Bancassurance partnerships and teams

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business targets for Bancassurance products within the assigned area
• Manage and nurture relationships with partner banks and financial institutions to maximize sales opportunities
• Provide guidance and support to Bancassurance teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing coaching and feedback to drive productivity and professional growth
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales efforts and customer needs
• Stay updated on insurance products, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness
• Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer-centricity
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries or complaints
