Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide remote desktop support, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment Windows-based systems.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Microsoft 365.
- Support and monitor AWS Cloud services related to desktop support.
- Assist in disaster recovery, security improvements, and system upgrades.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Requirements:
- B.Tech (IT) preferred Only science graduates can apply.
- 2+ years of experience in desktop/network support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, Cisco switches/routers.
- Certifications like AWS, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL (preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts .
