Job Description
Arctic Refrigeration is looking for Executive - CRM to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- CRM System Management:Oversee the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
- Manage user access, permissions, and customization of the CRM system
- Data Entry and Maintenance:Enter and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM database
- Ensure data consistency and cleanliness through regular audits and maintenance
- Reporting and Analysis:Generate reports and analyze data from the CRM system to provide insights into customer behavior, trends, and preferences
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and sales activities
- User Training and Support:Provide training and support to users on the CRM platform, addressing queries and ensuring proper utilization
- Assist in troubleshooting CRM-related issues and providing technical support
- Strategy Implementation:Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction based on CRM data insights
- Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- Previous experience working with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc) and familiarity with CRM best practices
- Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to derive insights from CRM data
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide CRM-related training and support
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and organized CRM records
