Job Description
- Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of intellectual property office rules and procedures.
- Continuously maintains an accurate and update-to-date docket within a docketing database.
- Creates and maintains files within a database that documents prosecution history for an intellectual property matter, including unfilled matters, file intake and file transfers.
- Adhere to quality process guidelines.
- Responsible for assisting with developing, documenting, and maintaining up-to-date client specific processes and procedures.
- Responsible for Deadline Management.
- Responsible for documenting/tracking daily work, and providing data regarding the same to the Team Manager.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Any bachelors degree.
- 1-2 year experience in IPR (Docketing) can apply.
- Immediate Joiners will be given preference.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
