1. Human Resource Management (BP)

• HR Initiatives in line with management requirement.
• Participation in Weekly / Monthly Meeting with HR BP Team.
• Preparation of HR Dashboards.
• Preparation of MIS and site-ORM reports.
• Data analyalticals for Business empowerment

2. Employee Relations:

• Establishing a cordial relationship of trust and respect with employees for a smooth ER.
• Help Address employees grievances
• Communicate business decisions to employees and relay employee concerns to management.
• Drive quality culture, meeting commitments and positive employee relations at work place.
• Develop and enhance people Engagement activities.
• Issuing notices to employees and appropriate counselling.

4. IR

• Participation in conciliation before the LO , DLC etc.
• Discipline Management: Initiate Disciplinary actions like show cause, warning letters and charge sheets
• Participate in enquiry proceedings
• Ensure the best possible efforts to maintain discipline and best working practices among all level of employees.
• Coordination with Union for meetings, LTS and other disciplinary issues.

5. Contract Labor Management

• CL Manpower deployment
• CL Wage Processing
• CL Statutory Records
• Handling CL related issues
• Contract Labour New Hire & Induction

6. Audit Management:

• Audit readiness for business sustainability
• Ensure the availability of documents pertaining to HR activities.
• Preparation of CAPA as per MOM findings and mitigation.

7. People Quality Fabric:

• Supporting Employee Engagement Activity like Festival Celebrations, Events, Awareness programs, Sports competitions.
• Participation in Investigation & Interview Assessment for Deviations with Investigation team come out with findings during assessments.
• Ensure welfare benefits to employees as per plan

8. Annual Medical Check Up

• Preparation of Agreement with approved hospital.
• Ensure timely completion of master health checkup for all employees by coordination with all HODs.
• Ensure timely completion of master health checkup for all Contract Labours by coordination with respective contractors.
