Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining technical direction, mentoring teams, and ensuring that the architecture aligns with the companys strategic goals and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design:
  
• Design and implement high-level architecture for complex systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead the selection and integration of technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
• Technical Leadership:
  
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Review and optimize code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers and business leaders, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Research and Development:
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.
• Proactively recommend tools and methodologies to enhance the development process.
• Documentation and Standards:
  
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation and guidelines.
• Establish best practices for design, coding, and performance optimization.
• Mentorship:
  
• Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Conduct technical training sessions and workshops as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or AI/ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with security protocols, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• TOGAF or equivalent certification is a plus.
