Architect

Responsibilities:

• Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detail drawings as per HCPs design philosophy and standards.
• Coordinate with other teams in the office.
• Coordinate and communicate with consultants, experts and advisors to incorporate their inputs in the project as per the design intent.
• Participate in site visits to understand the site, review project status and ensure adherence to design.
• Prepare presentations, and reports to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Comply with building regulations and norms while designing.
• Determine and adhere to timelines.

Education:

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in architecture

Experience:

• Years: 1 to 3 years
• Industry: Architecture, Urban Design

Skills (Mandatory):

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign and MS office.
• Good graphical and presentation skills.
• Good communication skill with proficiency in English.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Time & priority management.

Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of ArchiCAD.
