Role: React Architect

Location: Bangalore / Pune
Experience: 12+ years in Frontend Development, 4+ years as a React Architect

Responsibilities:

As a React Architect, you will:

Design and Develop Applications:

• Architect and lead development of enterprise-grade B2B and B2C applications using React and micro-frontend technologies.
• Build scalable and maintainable applications that align with business goals.

Technology Expertise:

• Provide hands-on expertise in React, Jest, Bootstrap, Tailwind, HTML, CSS, and Node.js.
• Drive development using micro-frontend architecture to unify diverse modules into a single, coherent application.

SSO Integration:

• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) across various applications to enhance user experience and security.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with UX Designers, Enterprise & Solution Architects, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless projects.
• Serve as a mentor and guide to a team of 15-20 UI Engineers and Leads.

Performance and Quality:

• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and support troubleshooting of critical issues.

Innovation:

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and guide their implementation to maintain competitive edge.

Required Skills:

• Proven track record in architecting and delivering large-scale applications.
• Expertise in micro-frontend development and modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Jest for unit testing and automation.
• Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS for responsive designs.
• Backend integrations using Node.js.
• Experience in implementing and managing SSO integrations for secure and unified login experiences.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills to guide a large team of engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
