Position: Tech Lead ( Web)

Exp: 6-8 years

Shift timings: 11.00am to 8: 00 pm Work from the office is a must.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Technical Lead on our team, you will provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve the performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of customers solutions using industry best practices. The Technical Lead will be in charge of evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the business’s current and future needs. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Utilize libraries and tools such as Tanstack, Tailwind, and React hooks to create robust and scalable user interfaces.
• Integrate video players (e.g., Bitmovin Video Player) and analytics tools (e.g., player analytics, Conviva analytics) to enhance the user experience and deliver insights.
• Work with RESTful APIs, handle JSON datasets, and manage authentication via JWT tokens.
• Debug and optimize applications using browser-based debugging tools, ensuring high-quality performance across all supported browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge).
• Ensure the responsiveness of web applications across various devices, optimizing for mobile and tablet users.
• Adhere to web accessibility and security standards to create inclusive, secure applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and improve the overall user experience.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code with an emphasis on performance and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in using libraries and tools like Tanstack, Tailwind, and React hooks.
• Experience with video player integrations, such as Bitmovin, and video analytics tools like Conviva.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and JWT token-based authentication.
• Expertise in browser-based debugging and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize web applications for cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Safari, Edge).
• Experience with mobile-first design and ensuring responsiveness across mobile and tablet devices.
• Familiarity with web accessibility and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with testing frameworks and performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
