Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant – Agriculture Remote Sensing to support precision agriculture initiatives using geospatial technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in remote sensing applications for crop monitoring, yield prediction, soil analysis, and agricultural sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize remote sensing and GIS techniques to analyze agricultural landscapes.
• Process and interpret satellite, UAV, and drone imagery for crop health assessment.
• Develop predictive models for yield estimation, drought assessment, and pest detection.
• Work with multispectral and hyperspectral data for vegetation index analysis.
• Collaborate with agronomists and data scientists to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare technical reports, research papers, and client presentations.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS) and remote sensing tools (ENVI, ERDAS).
• Experience with Python, R, or Google Earth Engine for geospatial analysis.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques in agriculture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
