Senior Specialist, Marketing (Graphic Designer)

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will shape and elevate Arcesium s visual identity by blending creative expertise with strategic insight. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multidisciplinary concept creation skills, advanced execution capabilities, and proficiency in diverse graphic styles, including advertisement design, 2D, 3D, and digital design. You will create impactful designs across web, social media, data visualization, and events design. Prior experience in an advertising agency is highly preferred, showcasing the ability to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What youll do:

• Develop, refine, and expand Arcesium s brand identity, ensuring consistency across digital and physical mediums while aligning with fintech industry trends.
• Create impactful graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns, product launches, presentations, and event collateral.
• Design assets for print, digital, event, web, social media and packaging, maintaining high-quality visual standards and technical precision.
• Conceptualize and execute data visualizations to simplify complex financial data for diverse audiences.
• Design and strategize for social media platforms, tailoring visuals to current trends for maximum engagement.
• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, including AI-driven design.
• Develop animations, motion graphics, and dynamic content for campaigns, presentations, and explainer videos.
• Deliver design solutions for events, including banners, brochures, handbooks, and dynamic digital assets.
• Design polished templates for PowerPoint (including animation), Word, and Excel to enhance internal and external presentations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery with exceptional quality.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering.

What youll need:

• Graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields (Design institute credentials preferred).
• 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2- 3 years in fintech or a related industry.
• Experience with top MNCs or Fortune 500 companies is highly desirable.

• Strong expertise in typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to create cohesive brand identities, including logos, guidelines, data visualization, infographics, and marketing assets.
• Mastery in advertisement design and a creative approach to digital and print campaigns.
• Proficiency in creating bespoke illustrations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

• Graphic Design Tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma, including Figma animation.
• Motion & 3D Tools: Proficiency in After Effects, Blender, Spline or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.

• Proven ability to create assets for diverse social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with trends like generative design, contemporary design style, and minimalism.
• Fintech Branding: Simplifying complex financial concepts through compelling visuals.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving abilities.
