Resident Engineer

Identifies the key interlocutors within the customers organization and customer R&D decision process Provide technical steels solutions of AMNS lndia and responsible of the launching and follow-up of co- engineering projects Promote AMNS India products, according to the commercial strategy, and facilitate their approval (Data, Samples supplies…) and prototyping Pilot regular exchanges on Development issues: new platforms initiatives, co-development and co- engineering activities, technical support on client process, approvals and trial orders follow up. Bring advices to customers on the processing of the new developed products in their SOP (Start of Production) phase. Initiate and monitor value creation generated by his action at the customer. Organize contacts and visits to AMNS India R&D/Plant and customers

2. Client Team Support Support Application Engineer on major quality issues on new grades Share regular information, and transversal exchanges within the client team. Client Team preparation and animation for Development issues in cooperation with Application Engineer/Section Heads. Support commercial staff for technical issues on order entry for prototypes Support the commercial team with quantification of Value Creation initiatives Coordinate with global technical organizations of ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel as per the need.

3. CMO Management / Strategic Support Inform AMNS India commercial organization on customer needs and evolution Contribute to competition watch: status and evolution ofproduct & solutions offered by competition. Pilot the Development contribution ofthe ProgressAction Plan Reporting on a weekly (weekly Highlights), monthly andyearly basis (Clients reports). Preparation and participation in meetings with client central technical management: development, top management meetings. Contribute to the preparation of the Development part ofthe negotiation file Technical assessment: new models, homologations trends, new steel solutions to beimplemented, request of needed resource..
