Sales Associates

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels

- Maintain systematic follow-up with potential customers acquired through trade exhibitions

- Develop and maintain a strong customer database

- Prepare quotations and technical submissions

- Coordinate with the technical team to address customer specifications

- Track and report sales activities and potential opportunities

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Sales, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in technical sales (construction materials preferred)

- Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
