*JOB DESCRIPTION : *ADMISSION COUNSELLOR ROLE

Responsibilities:

1.Engage with students to understand their career aspirations and provide expert advice on suitable training programs offered by Arbor Academy to help them achieve their goals.

2.Connect interested students with appropriate trainers to schedule demo sessions, enabling them to explore our training offerings.

3.Collect feedback from students after demo sessions and address their queries, concerns, and expectations promptly.

4.Assist students throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition into our institute's programs.

5.Conduct research on trending IT technologies and training approaches, contributing to continuous improvement in our consultation services.

6. Work closely with the training team to align training programs with student requirements and industry demands effectively.
