Requirements


  • At least 3 years of Pre-Sales experience, with 12 years in a team lead or managerial role.
  • No formal degree required.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in building, training, and managing sales teams.
  • Strong target management and resource planning abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools.
  • Willingness to work across multiple countries, languages, currencies, and time zones.
  • Solid skills in math, Excel, PPT, and understanding of world geographies.
  • Foreign language proficiency or startup founder/early-stage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain a robust 24/7 pre-sales process across various time zones and countries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Recruit, train, and manage pre-sales team members, ensuring skill development and efficiency.
  • Consistently achieve pre-sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Explore, test, and implement new tools and initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Maintain detailed activity records within internal ERP systems.
  • Participate in ongoing training, seminars, and events to stay updated.
