Role Overview:

- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum4+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the company's products or services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools
