eCommerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for seeking an e-Commerce executive to join our team. The e-Commerce executive will be responsible managing product listings on ecommerce platforms to ensure accuracy, completeness and visual appeal. This role includes creating and uploading product descriptions, optimizing listings for search visibility and coordinating with internal teams to maintain up-to-date inventory and pricing.

What you will do:

• Create, update and maintain product listings on ecommerce platforms. Ensure high-quality images and accurate product details are uploaded.
• Editing, retouching and cropping digital images according to their style guides- Editing product photography for use in e-commerce
• Write and edit product titles, descriptions and specifications.
• Optimize product listings for search visibility using relevant keywords. Implement best practices for improving product ranking and discoverability.
• Monitor and update stock levels to ensure accurate inventory status. Coordinate with the production teams for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Consistently good academic record, particularly in mathematics
• Knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
• Good knowledge of MS Excel will help.
