Job Title: C# ASP.NET Web Application Team Lead

Experience: 5-8 years

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle for web applications.
• Develop project plans, set milestones, and track progress.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
• Technical Leadership:
• Hands-on coding and development using C# and ASP.NET.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Architecture and Design:
• Participate in the architectural design of web applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Ensure that the architecture aligns with business goals and industry best practices.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes within the team.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of applications.
• Communication:
• Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to upper management.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

• Documentation:
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and project details.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in C# and ASP.NET development.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a development team.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of web application development, databases, and server-side technologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of source control, build processes, and continuous integration.

Additional Considerations: Experience with DevOps practices, and familiarity with other relevant technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js can be advantageous.
