Lead - Technology (.Net)

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with a strong background in building CRM systems, SQL databases, and Azure Cloud to lead a development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of workflow management and system architecture and will be responsible for guiding the team from scratch to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.
• Design, develop, and optimize applications
• Work with SQL databases to design, implement, and optimize queries and schemas.
• Utilize Azure Cloud services for application deployment and management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and solutions are aligned with business goals.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years in .NET development, with experience leading teams.
• Strong experience with SQL databases, and Azure Cloud.
• In-depth understanding of system architecture and workflow management.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor developers.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
