Job Description Summary.
Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment.
Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making.
Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline.
Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc).
Your Role.
Knowledge about basic EHS guidelines/Environmental aspect and Risk related to inspection activities on Machines and during Assembly.
Knowledge about Risk related to chemical management related to Nondestructive testing and able to interpret MSDS related to associated chemicals.
Hands on experience CNC machines like heavy boring and milling machines, Horizontal and vertical turning machines, Gantry type milling/turning machines like PAMA, HNK, Waco etc Must have knowledge of Siemens CNC 840 D-SL (Encoder, LMS, Backup and restore of data, Basic CNC commissioning and maintenance) and Siemens S7 PLC (read and modify PLC logic, STL, FBD and LAD language must).
Should have knowledge of VFD, Compressor and other utility system.
Maintenance of UPS up to 400 KVA.
Knowledge of Maintenance Management for improvement.
Knowledge of Problem-solving methodology.
Spare parts planning.
Organizing external service.
Performing inspections Calibration.
Maintenance activity Planning.
SOP development.
Development of Predictive Maintenance for critical and other equipment.
Root cause analysis and implementing the findings.
Implementation TPM.
Impart training as subject matter expert.
Knowledge on nuclear safety.
Basic Qualifications(requirements).
In Electrical / Electronic with 10+ YearsExperience.
Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 14+ Yearsexperience.
This role is an LPB (Lead Professional Band) position.
