Landscape Horticulture Supervisor

We are looking for a Landscape Project & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the execution, maintenance, and quality control of landscape and irrigation projects in Hyderabad. The role involves site supervision, ensuring proper installation, and ongoing landscape maintenance to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Supervision:

• Oversee the installation of plants, trees, turf, hardscape, and irrigation systems.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring proper soil preparation, grading, drainage, and planting.
• Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
• Ensure safety standards and environmental compliance on-site.

Maintenance & Quality Control:

• Implement and monitor maintenance schedules for landscapes and irrigation systems.
• Supervise maintenance teams to ensure pruning, fertilization, irrigation, pest control, and general upkeep are performed regularly.
• Inspect sites for plant health, irrigation efficiency, and overall landscape aesthetics.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff.
• Ensure timely replacement of unhealthy plants and damaged landscape elements.

Client & Contractor Coordination:

• Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Address and resolve on-site challenges related to landscape execution and maintenance.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to quality standards and timelines.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain daily site reports, tracking progress and maintenance activities.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on landscape condition and work completed.
• Document any landscape issues, corrective actions, and improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, plant health, and pest control.
• Experience in hardscape and softscape installation.
• Familiarity with drip irrigation, sprinkler systems, and landscape lighting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in site management, troubleshooting, and quality control.

Working Conditions:

• Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Location: Hyderabad (Site-Based).
• Leave Policy: 1 paid leave per month, apart from public holidays.
