Landscape Architect

Role & responsibilities -

• Meeting with clients: Architects meet with clients to discuss design proposals and develop ideas that meet their specifications.
• Preparing documents: Architects prepare blueprints and other construction documents.
• Ensuring safety: Architects ensure that projects are built in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinating: Architects coordinate with construction professionals and project teams.
• Reporting: Architects regularly report on project progress by visiting the site.
• Communicating: Architects need to be able to communicate clearly and quickly, both verbally and in writing. They need to be able to make presentations to clients, offer resolutions, and speak before public bodies.
• Leading: Architects need to have strong leadership skills, including people management skills, to lead the teams that execute their designs.
• Problem-solving: Architects need to be able to understand client needs and find creative solutions that meet those needs while also adhering to budget, time, and building code constraints.
• Organizing: Architects need to be organized and have strong time management skills to ensure that their projects run smoothly from start to finish.
  

Preferred candidate profile - 1-3 Years of experience
