HR Recruiter

• Recruitment: Lead in the field of Technology, Real Estate Capital Markets and Home Loan Sales.
• Screen and review resume against specific requirements, schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates.
• Engage in background verification for shortlisted candidates.
• Assist with the onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Excellent written, presentation, analytical and interpersonal communications skills.
• Recruiting Experience including selling” our company, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, negotiating salary a must.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet given timelines.
