Job Title: - Videographer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos across a variety of settings of our real estate client projects and events. This role requires both creative and technical skills, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a professional standard of work. The candidate will be expected to work independently and collaborate with teams to produce visually compelling content for marketing, events, social media, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film high-definition videos and photos for different platforms (social media, websites, promotional materials, etc.).
• Plan and shoot for events, interviews, promotional, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand identity and marketing goals. -
• Updated with professional photography and videography equipment.
• Ensure proper composition, exposure, and lighting techniques are applied for both stills and video.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment during shoots.
• Travel to various locations as needed for shoots.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong knowledge of video and photography related softwares - Creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams and clients.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular hours if needed (e.g., events, shoots).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in drone photography/videography.
• Familiarity with live streaming or event videography.

Work Environment:

• This is a full-time position
• Work will involve both in-studio and on-location shoots.
• Flexibility in working hours, with occasional evening or weekend work for events or shoots.
