Presales Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a strategic Presales Manager to drive our presales activities and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep real estate market knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in client engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement presales strategies that align with company goals and market trends, enhancing our competitive edge and driving pre-sales success.
• Presentation Excellence: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, engaging property demonstrations, and comprehensive proposals that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
• Documentation & Accuracy: Ensure all presales documentation, including property brochures and technical specifications, is precise, current, and aligned with company standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from clients and the sales team to refine presales processes, enhance client interactions, and improve overall performance.
• Training & Development: Mentor and train sales staff on presales best practices, product knowledge, and market insights to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a presales role within the real estate sector, with a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications are good to have.
• Skills:
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging presentations.
• Deep knowledge of real estate market dynamics and client needs.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
