Job Title: Project Manager

Aptia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team!

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual to lead and oversee the successful execution of our projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track project progress, identify potential dependencies, risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project resources effectively, including budget, time, and resources.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.

• Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendor partners.
• Proactively communicate project status updates, risks, and potential delays.
• Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

• Quality Assurance & Reporting
• Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and other key performance indicators.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and document lessons learnt.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, with 7+ years as a Project Manager, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• CA/MBA from Top Tier institutes.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• PMP or Prince 2 certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Working proficiency of tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx, etc is a plus.
